After Sales Support
The technology we have in our warehouse leaves very little margin for error, but occasionally things go wrong and it is important that we have a seamless process in place to rectify these problems as soon as possible. We have an experienced team of after sales support staff headed up by Kerry Cumiskey our Customer Care Manager, who are appointed to address customer service and returns.
Return of Products
ACS will be happy to arrange a return of any product within 28 days of purchase providing it is unopened and ready for resale. Simply contact ACS on 01274 508200 to arrange a return and we will arrange a collection within 2-3 days.
It is important that the outer packaging of the goods has not been defaced in any way as these will be put back into stock for other customers. All returns will be replaced the next working day and will be collected free of charge.
Shortages or Damaged Goods
It is important to let us know as soon as your order arrives if there is something missing or the goods inside are damaged so that we can ensure full traceability back to the picking, packing and distribution source. Short shipments and damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours of delivery and replacement goods will be sent out immediately to replenish the missing items to avoid further delay to you.
Over Shipments
All of our packages are weighed before they leave the warehouse but it is possible with lightweight stationery products that, on occasions, we send too many products. We would appreciate it if you could notify ACS as soon as possible of any products you were not expecting to avoid being charged for these items and to ensure our stock check is accurate. ACS will arrange collection of the excess goods in line with our return of products guidelines.
Faulty Products
Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer warranty which can vary from brand to brand. If you find that you have a faulty item then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a collection as per our return of product guidelines and most importantly, arrange for an immediate replacement to be sent out to you.
Standard warranty on the majority of office products is twelve months or as per the manufacturer’s specifications - whichever is the higher and our own brand ACS toner cartridges come complete with a lifetime guarantee for your peace of mind.
